Download Lead Data’s Refund Policy
- Download lead data agrees to replace all the Bounce/Invalid contacts with fresh and new Contacts.
- In case, Download lead data is not able to replace the Bounce/Invalid contacts with a fresh one, the Client will be credited with credit contacts, which can be used for future projects. (One invalid/Bounce record will be considered as 1 Credit)
- If the client is 100% not satisfied with the delivered contacts, DLD agrees to refund based on cost per contact for the invalid records alone.
